My neighbor walked through my garage and asked why my miter saw still had the stock blade on it
I was building a window bench for our front room and showing off my setup to Dave from two doors down, feeling pretty good about my cuts. He looked at the blade and just said "you're tearing out the grain with that thing, get a 60 tooth for trim." I shrugged it off for a whole weekend, then my first seat of trim came out fuzzy and I had to sand every joint by hand. Swapped in a 60 tooth Diablo for $40 and the same cuts came out glassy with almost no tearout. What blade do you all keep in your saw for finish work, and do you switch back for framing or just own two saws?
