Spent $180 on a fancy tile cutter that couldn't cut straight

Bought a Rubi TX-900 from Home Depot because I thought it'd make my bathroom floor look professional. First few cuts were okay, then it started chipping every tile like crazy. Ended up snapping 15 out of 20 subway tiles before I gave up and used a manual snap cutter I borrowed from my neighbor. Anyone else sink cash into a tool that just made things worse?

Bought a $200 wet saw that just sprayed muddy water everywhere.

Did you actually take time to break the tile cutter in properly and use a fresh blade? Most people skip the setup steps and blame the tool when they're really just rushing the job. You might've gotten one of the rare lemons, but those Rubi cutters are workhorses when you treat them right.
