Cold email follow-up numbers tanked after I visited a coworking space in Omaha
I spent a day last month at that new coworking spot near the Old Market, just to get out of my home office. While I was there I overheard three different freelancers pitching the same type of service I offer, and it hit me that my follow-up emails were way too soft. I used to send a single nudge after 5 days and then give up. Now I'm testing a 3 step sequence: day 2, day 6, then a final break-up email on day 12. First trial got me 2 replies out of 18, which beats my old 1 out of 30. Has anyone else switched up their timing after observing how others pitch in person? What intervals actually work for you?

Overheard a guy at a coffee shop once doing the same pitch three times in an hour, made me rethink how often I reach out.
