Stop overthinking the subject lines and starting with "Hey [Name]" fluff. Your first sentence needs to call out a specific pain point they actually have, not just say you can help them grow. Keep each email under 100 words and end with a low friction question like "Is this something you're dealing with right now?" Personalize the first line with something real about their recent LinkedIn post or a blog they wrote, not just their company name. Also test different times of day, I got way more replies sending between 8-10am their local time vs right at 9 when everyone's inbox is flooded.

Keep your first email under 80 words and skip the intro paragraph entirely. Blunt works better than polite in cold outreach from my experience. End with a yes/no question like "Want me to send over a few examples?
