I was so scared of losing the guy that I just kept sending nice little emails every Monday. Turns out I spent 14 hours on follow ups, which is $560 of my own time gone just to get paid for work I already did. Now I send a late fee notice on day 31 and it works. Does anyone here actually charge the fee or do you just use it as a threat?
