My mentor told me to stop over-exfoliating clients and just use enzyme peels instead
She said I was stripping too many barriers on oily skin types, so I swapped to a gentle papaya enzyme peel on three clients last month and saw way less redness and better glow after just one session - has anyone else made that switch and noticed a difference?

Tried a similar swap last summer and ended up with clients asking if I'd been giving them facials myself because my own skin looked better. @aliceharris nailed it - less redness and more glow is basically the whole point.
