Update: A custom peel finally worked on a client I almost dropped.
After all that frustration, her skin clearing up today was a small win that kept me going.

That part about a "small win" keeping you going is so real. I have had those clients where you try everything and nothing works, and you start doubting your whole approach. Sticking it out and finally finding what clicks for them, that is the best feeling. It is not just about clearing skin, it is about proving to yourself you can figure it out. Those little victories are what make the hard parts of this job worth it, right? What was the turning point that made the custom peel work?

Honestly I think I just got lucky and stopped overthinking it. My big brain moment was basically throwing my fancy plans out and going back to basics like a total noob, which is kind of hilarious.

Scrapping a fancy plan for simple stuff once got me a happy client out of nowhere. @uma659, your small wins idea really hits home there.
