Shoutout to the thrift store dress that made me rethink fabric blends

I used to be all about 100% cotton everything, thought synthetics were trash. Then last month I found this rayon and spandex blend dress at a Goodwill in Portland for $6, and it moved like water and didn't wrinkle at all after three wears. That changed my mind hard because I hate ironing and live in a damp climate where cotton just gets limp. Now I'm actually hunting down blends on purpose for everyday pieces, anyone else had a fabric surprise that flipped your preferences?

Ran into a thrift store polyester blazer that survived a whole weekend camping trip without needing a single wrinkle, and now I'm side-eyeing my linen shirts like they've personally betrayed me.

Honestly, I've given up on linen for anything that involves moving around. That polyester blazer sounds like a champ - grab a fabric shaver and it'll look brand new for years. Got any favorite thrift store hacks for stain removal?

Oxiclean soak or just scrubbing with dish soap?
