My cooler's thermostat gave out during a big wedding delivery
It happened last Saturday morning, right as I was loading up the van. The temp shot up to 60 degrees and I had 15 centerpieces inside. I ended up borrowing a neighbor's fridge and making three extra trips. What's your backup plan for cooler failure?

Well that sounds like a nightmare way to start a Saturday. Three extra trips? I'd have just started handing out warm flowers as party favors. What's the plan, duct tape and a prayer for the next gig?

Oh man, "duct tape and a prayer" is about right. I feel for you, that's a brutal way to start a big day. My backup plan is pretty much just pure panic and then begging for fridge space, so you handled it better than I would. AliceHarris has the right idea with the party favors, honestly. At a certain point you just have to laugh or you'll cry. Did the flowers at least hold up okay after all that moving around?
