Cold called 30 property managers last week in Denver and got 8 meetings out of it

I always figured door knocking was better for building trust but the phone got me quicker results. Has anyone else found cold outreach beats in person for landing listing gigs?

The follow-up is the part most people skip. Sending a quick recap email right after the call with 2-3 bullet points of what you discussed keeps you top of mind. It also gives them a reason to reply and confirm next steps. That email is what turns a meeting into real momentum. Keep doing what you're doing, it pays off.
