oliviabutler's comment made me laugh but it also hit too close to home honestly... I had the same problem last year and ended up with this nagging pain right between my shoulder blades. What finally worked for me was getting a small footrest - sounds silly but it changed my whole sitting angle. Also started setting a timer on my phone to stand up every 45 minutes and just stretch my arms over my head for a minute. It's not perfect but my back stopped yelling at me after a couple weeks of sticking with it... little changes really do add up.

Is your couch actually set up at the right height for your screen though? Without proper arm/keyboard support, you're probably hunching without even realizing it.
