Reducing my printer paper waste saved cash and stress

I stopped printing drafts and only use digital files now. My office supply costs dropped by 30% last month.

That 30% cost drop is legit impressive. I switched my whole team to cloud storage last quarter and the paper savings alone covered two new monitors. Feels good to not hear that printer grinding all day anymore.

Going paperless for bills was a game changer at my place too. The clutter reduction alone made the whole house feel calmer. Saving those few bucks each month is just a nice bonus.

Well, when you say saving a few bucks is just a bonus, I have to disagree. For many folks, that cash adds up quick, especially with everything costing more now. Going fully online means you're stuck if the internet goes down or your email messes up. I've missed payments because e-bills got buried in my inbox. Having a physical copy gives you a backup that doesn't rely on tech working perfectly.

What about the people who need paper bills for proof of address stuff?
