The $80 'invoicing software' that made me miss a real payment
Bought some fancy invoicing app to look professional, then spent 3 days figuring out why my client's check never arrived. Turns out I set the payment link to 'sandbox mode' by accident, and nobody told me.

Sandbox mode got me too, man. That's just terrible design honestly. Why would a payment link even exist in sandbox mode without a big red warning flashing at you. They bury that setting in some dropdown menu like it's no big deal. A regular person trying to send invoices isn't gonna know what sandbox even means. I wasted two hours on that exact same thing before I figured it out.

Did either of you try contacting their support about it? @corap61 seems like they had the same confusion, wondering if they ever got a decent explanation from the devs on why that default isn't flipped.

Dude that sandbox thing is literally the worst hidden trap ever, who even thought that was a good idea? I feel your pain, I did the same thing and was so confused why nothing was working.
