My old coworker said my Lisbon cost estimate was way too low and she was right.

She pointed out I forgot to add in the monthly co-working fee and extra for health insurance, and after I re-did my numbers I realized I would have been short about $450 a month, has anyone else had a friend save them from a bad money move?.
