That $30 monitor arm I bought on clearance changed my whole setup
Got a cheap single arm from a bin at Office Depot 3 months back and figured it'd break in a week. Instead it freed up so much desk space that I stopped hunching over my laptop every afternoon. Anyone else had a random budget find actually fix a nagging problem?

Honestly, is a monitor arm really that life-changing though? I mean, it's a stick with a clamp, not a whole new desk or anything. Tbh, sounds like people are exaggerating how bad their posture was before.

@wadejenkins nah man you gotta try one for a week lol. i was exactly like you, thought it was just hype. then my neck started hurting from looking down all day and i finally gave in. being able to just float the screen exactly where you want it is a game changer. plus the desk feels way bigger with nothing sitting on it. i literally cannot go back to a regular stand now, it's actually crazy how much nicer it is.
