Switched my project tracking from spreadsheets to a lightweight kanban board 6 months ago and it cut my weekly status update prep from 45 minutes to 10
I used to spend every Friday morning manually updating rows and colors in Excel for client updates, but now I just drag cards across columns in Trello and my clients get a live view without me having to explain anything has anyone else switched tools and seen a big time difference?
