Stayed quiet until they hugged, then offered to delete the photo. They actually wanted a copy because the moment was funny. Now they have a great story with a random stranger in it.

What gets me is when people don't notice until way later. Like they're scrolling through vacation pics from two years ago and suddenly there's some guy buying a pretzel in the background of their lighthouse photo. He's just living his life, completely unaware he's now part of a family's memory. Makes you wonder how many albums you're in.
