My after-work yoga debate: fixed routine or change it up?
After a long day running my tree service, I often do yoga to relax. Some nights, I follow a set flow from a class online, and it helps me leave work thoughts behind. Other times, I just move into poses that feel good for my tight shoulders and back. I have a buddy at work who says a strict plan keeps him on track after dealing with customers all day. But a neighbor who works from home prefers to mix it up based on how her body aches. In my experience, both ways can ease stress, but I'm stuck on which is better. What about you? Do you go for a pre-made flow or make your own after work?
