Finally tried frozen vs fresh wings back to back, wow what a difference

Did frozen wings at 380 for 18 minutes and fresh ones at the same temp for 15 last Sunday, and the fresh ones came out way crispier with less rubbery skin. Anyone else notice frozen just holds too much moisture no matter how long you cook em?

Fresh always beats frozen when you actually take the time to compare, same goes for most things in life.
