Just realized my mom was right about preheating the air fryer for 3 minutes
She kept telling me this for two months and I brushed it off, but last Tuesday I tried it with frozen chicken wings at 380 and they came out way crispier than my usual cold-start batch, so now I'm wondering what else I dismissed too fast.
