That's brutal, happened to me once with my reading list. Had to manually add everything back from memory. Did you check the app or just the website?

Reminds me of losing my entire music playlist to a corrupted hard drive.

Manually adding books back sounds like a huge pain, but is it really that big of a deal? It's just a list, not like the books themselves are gone. People rebuild way more important stuff after a computer crash. Maybe it's a chance to start fresh and only add the stuff you actually plan to read.
