Shoutout to that insane week we had 5 storms roll through back in April
I was running chainsaw work for 12 hours straight 4 days in a row, clearing oaks off driveways all over town. Has anyone else had a week where the weather just totally dictates your whole schedule?

Haha right? 'Weather dictates my schedule' is a cute way of saying I spent a whole week smelling like chainsaw gas and wet bark." That April week was ridiculous, I was out there too just trying to keep trees off my house. My back still hurts thinking about it. Mother Nature doesn't give a damn about your plans, she just sends 5 storms in a row and laughs. Hope you got paid for all that overtime.

Three stihl saws dead in one week. That April mess cost me two chains and a good chipper blade. The mud was so deep my truck got stuck just trying to get to a downed pine. I was cutting in rain so hard I couldn't see the tree tops. Mother Nature doesn't care about your plans, she just sends the wind and laughs.
