Had a talk with my uncle that flipped my view on money
He's 68 and worked construction his whole life, told me last saturday that he never saved a dime for retirement because he figured he'd die young. Now he's living off social security in a tiny apartment. It hit different cause I've been stressing over a $200 emergency fund, but he said he'd trade places with me in a second. Anyone else have a relative change how you think about finances?

Totally agree, my uncle told me the same thing years ago and it stuck with me ever since.
