Just hit 500 consecutive days of Duolingo and I'm not sure how to feel about it
I started it as a joke during a slow week at work and now I've got a 500 day streak that I'm oddly proud of. Has anyone else gotten weirdly attached to a number like that?

Feel you on this one... 500 days is no small thing, that number starts to feel like a part of your routine.

Dropped my streak on day 487 once because I went to sleep early and forgot to log a single almond. Woke up the next morning and stared at my phone like it personally betrayed me. Took a solid week to stop obsessively checking the counter out of habit.
