Unpopular opinion: I thought meditation was total BS for years
After 6 months of doing it 10 minutes a day during my lunch break in the office parking lot, I actually started sleeping better and stopped snapping at my kid. Has anyone else had a weird habit they crapped on until they actually tried it?

Totally agree, crapped on meal prepping until I actually did it and saved so much money.

Nathan_kim raises a good point about our stubbornness, but I honestly still think meal prepping is overrated for a lot of people. Maybe it works if you eat the same thing every day, but I like variety and that's hard to do with a week of prepped meals. The money you save can be eaten up by food going bad before you get around to eating it. Plus, some things just don't taste the same after a few days in the fridge, no matter how careful you are. @nathan_kim, you can keep your Tuesday chicken and Friday's sad broccoli, but I'll take my fresh-cooked dinner any night.
