I stacked 50 frames of the Orion Nebula with free software and it beat my old single shots from a year ago.

Yeah, stacking really is a game changer... the noise just melts away.

Totally agree with you @davidshah. It's like magic for cleaning up a shot. Makes such a huge difference.

Just tried stacking for the first time last week. Couldn't believe how much cleaner my Andromeda shot looked.
