Built a raised bed 2 springs ago and finally figured out why my tomatoes kept splitting
Turns out it was the drip line running 40 minutes twice a day, way too much water after the soil got soaked. Cut it to 20 minutes once a day at 6am and the splitting stopped within a week. Anyone else run their drip on a timer like that, or do you just water by hand?
