Why does nobody mention how long it takes to fix a low spot in the yard
Back in April I noticed water pooling near the back fence after every rain, so I figured I would just toss down some dirt and level it out over a weekend. Three Saturdays and about $90 in topsoil later, I was still out there with a 2x4 and a level because the low spot kept shifting every time it rained, and my back was killing me. Did anyone else's quick leveling job turn into a month long project, or did I just pick the wrong weekend to start?

Three weekends is nothing, mine took a whole summer and the grass still grows weird there. Dirt always settles once it gets wet so you keep chasing the same dip. Did you ever get it flat or just give up like I did?
