Honestly, I was about to give up on my sourdough starter after a week of nothing.
I tried using bottled spring water from the grocery store instead of my tap water, and it finally started bubbling after two days. Ngl, I think the chlorine in my city water was killing it. Has anyone else in a place with hard water found a fix that works?
