Old barber told me to never wet my clippers blades with water
He said WD-40 is the only thing that should touch them, and I thought he was being dramatic. Then I killed a $150 pair of Wahl clippers in 3 months by rinsing them off after each cut. Anyone else stick to oil only for cleaning?

Three beers deep and I thought I could parallel park a U-Haul into a spot that was clearly two feet too short. Ended up taking out a fire hydrant and a mailbox in one smooth move, @charlie198. The cop who showed up actually laughed before writing the ticket, so that was nice. Took me another six months before my buddies let me forget that one.
