A client told me my 2am emails were making them worry about me, so I started using a scheduled send for anything after 8pm.

Has anyone else had a client call them out on their own bad habits?

Oh man, that's a good wake-up call! I started putting my phone in another room after dinner because a client mentioned my late replies. It really helped me set a better boundary and actually relax.
