Send one more text with the bill attached and set a due date. If she still ignores you, call her or stop by to talk face-to-face. Family stuff gets messy, but you gotta get paid for your work.

Had the same thing happen with my uncle. I just showed up at his place with the bill and asked when he wanted to pay. Got my check that day.
