I always thought legacy games were a waste of money until my group played Charterstone
We picked it up on a whim last month and played the full 12-game campaign. By game 7, we were all totally hooked on building our own little town on the board. The stickers and permanent changes felt weird at first, but now I get why people love that stuff. Anyone else have a legacy game that surprised them like that?

Oh man, same exact thing happened with my group and Pandemic Legacy. We all rolled our eyes at the idea of wrecking a board game. Now we've got that messed up, sticker-covered board framed in our friend's basement. It's a trophy. Felt so wrong to rip up those cards, but by October we were all yelling about it. Totally gets its hooks in you.

Wait you actually framed the board? That's hardcore.
