My attempt to make a giant pot of lentil soup with a single $2 bag of carrots from the discount bin ended with me feeding my entire apartment building for three days after I misread 'serves 8' as 'makes 8 cups' and wound up with a bathtub's worth.
I mean, idk, maybe it's just me but has anyone else had a cheap meal plan go hilariously wrong and need ideas for what to do with a truly absurd amount of leftovers?
