My friend called my packing strategy 'overkill' and he was right

I used to pack a full checked bag for every trip, but he pointed out I could save $60 each way on budget airlines by using a 40L backpack. Anyone have a favorite pack for a week in Europe?

Used to think they were a waste of money. Tried a cheap set from Target on a week-long trip and it was a total game changer... kept my clothes sorted and made repacking so much easier.

Isn't it funny how we fight against simple tools that actually help? I used to roll my eyes at people using those cubes, swore I didn't need them. Then I tried them just to see, and it's like... why was I making packing so hard for myself? It's the same with a good vegetable peeler or a phone stand. We get stuck in our ways and argue with a fix that's right there.
