TIL I was wasting so much money on airport food before flights
I used to always buy a $15 sandwich at the terminal, but now I pack a simple meal from home, like a peanut butter wrap, which saved me over $60 on my last trip to Seattle... what's your go-to cheap airport snack?

That peanut butter wrap idea is smart, it's so easy to pack. I've started making a big batch of trail mix with nuts and chocolate chips from the bulk bins. Throw it in a zip bag and it lasts for a few trips. Way better than paying like eight bucks for a tiny bag of almonds at the gate.
