Found a $50 cash back offer on my credit card that covered my entire grocery bill for the week

I noticed a random promotion in my banking app last Thursday and applied it to my normal shopping at the local Stop & Shop, so now I’m wondering if anyone else checks for these hidden deals before stocking up on essentials.

Last Thursday I literally screamed at my phone when I spotted a $50 Amex offer for Stop & Shop in their app (my roommate thought I finally lost it). I triple checked I was reading it right because usually I'm the guy who misses these deals by a week or two and then cries about it while checking out. So yeah I checked my account before every trip now because apparently I can't be trusted to notice a free fifty bucks without actively hunting for it.
