Just noticed I've filled 50 pages in my bullet journal this year. Didn't think I'd stick with it.

Right? It's crazy how the stuff that sticks is always the stuff without any pressure. I see it all the time, like my neighbor who just started walking her dog a bit further each day and now they're doing miles. When you take away the big goal and just do the small thing for yourself, it somehow adds up without you even trying. Makes me wonder why we ever bother with those huge, stressful plans.

Totally agree with what you and abbyhall are saying. I started just reading ten pages a night to unwind, and now I've finished more books this year than ever. It's like the goal sneaks up on you when you're not even looking.

That's the best feeling. It's wild how many small habits actually stick when they're just for you.
