The 30% stat about job posts ghosting candidates really caught me off guard
I read a survey from a recruiting firm that said roughly 3 out of 10 applicants never hear back at all, not even a canned rejection. I manage a small team at our store and always reply to every applicant, so it made me wonder how many good people we lose because other places just go silent. Has anyone else seen this number hold up in their own job hunts?
