Spent 4 hours "fixing" my prep list only to realize the printer was the issue
Sat down yesterday thinking my mise en place setup was broken cause the ticket times were all over the place. Rewrote the whole prep order twice, then finally noticed the kitchen printer was jamming on every third order, classic. Anyone else chase a system problem when the real issue is just hardware acting up?

Four hours of rewriting for a jammed printer, been there but with a bad cable.
