Dropped $300 on a project management tool and it backfired hard

I bought Monday.com for my freelance design work thinking it would keep everything organized, but my clients got confused by the notifications and now I'm back to spreadsheets. Has anyone else shelled out for fancy software only to have clients prefer the old way?

Dude that's rough but honestly kinda hilarious. $300 just to learn your clients would rather get 47 confusing notification emails than a simple spreadsheet link. Modern problems require modern solutions, I guess. At least you can sell the Monday.com account to some other poor soul who hasn't learned this lesson yet.
