Shoutout to myself for ditching single-use plastic, but I feel guilty about the delivery emissions

I finally switched to a reusable water bottle to cut waste. Felt great until I realized the online order added to carbon emissions. Small win, I guess.

Wait, you ordered a single water bottle online? The whole point is to not make new waste. gracej99 has a point about bundling, but you could have just walked into any store and bought one without the box and the truck ride. My local drugstore has a whole wall of them. It's like driving to the gym to walk on a treadmill.

Totally get that bundling idea, it's a smart fix for the weird guilt. I probably check out online way too fast when something seems convenient. Making a cart wait until it's actually full helps a lot.
