I spent $40 on a Python course that just copied the free docs, don't make my mistake

I mean I've been there with those paid online courses. Last year I bought this video editing one that was basically just the free tutorials from the software's own site, but with worse audio. It felt like they just read the help menu out loud. I was so annoyed I just asked for a refund.

Yeah that's rough. Did the course at least have any hands-on projects or real code examples you could work with? I've seen some where they just list syntax rules from the docs, but the ones that are actually worth money usually build something small, like a web scraper or a basic game.

Did you check if the course had a refund policy before buying?
