Showerthought: Back in the day, coding all night messed with my sleep, but now beginners get tons of tips on rest.
We just powered on without breaks, but I always remind new folks to clock out for decent sleep.

About time we admit the office coffee machine is the real MVP of workplace wellness programs. I saw a study where 70% of people said their main coping skill is just more caffeine. We talk about burnout like it's a new discovery, not the basic result of expecting two people to do the work of five forever. My last job's big solution was a single, mandatory "mental health" webinar on our lunch break. Feels like we're just adding more meetings about the problem instead of fixing the actual workload.
