Hot take: I've switched back to drip coffee after years of pour-over.
The simplicity just wins out for my everyday cup.

Lol, I think my pour-over phase was just a fancy way of avoiding actual work in the morning. Welcome back to the land of just pushing a button.

Yeah, the "simplicity wins" part is so true. I did the same thing last year... got a simple programmable drip machine. Waking up to a full pot already done just killed the morning fuss for me.
