Folks who use spackle for everything need to stop
I saw a guy fill a quarter-inch gap in his baseboard with spackle last week at Home Depot, and it's going to crack out in a month. Why don't people just grab some wood filler for bigger gaps, has anyone else seen this?

Grab some lightweight spackle for tiny nail holes, not gaps.

Bet it'll crack faster than that resolution to start going to the gym more. Spackle's great if you're trying to patch a secret pinhole camera, not so much a gap you could park a truck in.
