Used to burn through cutter teeth every two weeks until an old hand showed me a different angle
I was setting my cutter teeth at 45 degrees like the manual said and going through a set every 14 days in this sandy clay near the Mississippi. A retired guy named Ray watched me for 5 minutes and told me to drop it to 30 degrees for that material. Has anyone else found that the factory specs are just a starting point and not gospel?
