Finished my 100th service panel upgrade today, all permitted and passed on the first inspection.

That's a solid run, congrats. Pat's comment is a bit off though, inspectors don't just hand out passes. What's your actual secret for keeping the paperwork that clean for a hundred straight? Johnson.spencer is right about records and being polite, but there's gotta be more to it.
