Why does nobody talk about the fallout from aggressive extractions?
Pushing too hard during facials can lead to scarring and client distrust. I saw a case where it caused permanent marks, and the client never came back.

Haha, I learned that the hard way when I tried to do my own extractions once. Left a mark that took forever to fade! Definitely not worth it.

Actually, doing it yourself is one thing, but when a pro gets too aggressive it's way worse. A client expects them to know better, so the damage feels like a real betrayal. Saw a friend go to a med spa where they rushed the extractions and left actual little scars. That kind of thing makes people not trust any skin professional again.

Heard a story about a client who sued after bad extractions.

Yeah, that's the worst. The pressure has to be just right, and you really need to prep the skin with steam or a warm towel first. If it doesn't slide out easy, you have to leave it alone. Forcing it is what causes those broken caps and scars that last for months.
