PSA: I was wrong about virtual staging for my listings

I used to think it was a cheap trick that would turn off buyers, but after trying it on a tough condo in Austin last month, we got 3 offers in 48 hours. The photos just looked so much better with furniture in them. Anyone else have a tool they were totally against that actually worked?

Yeah, @nancyramirez is right, we're all just a bunch of grumpy old realtors until something actually works. Guess I'll have to eat my words and try the fake furniture now.

I swore virtual staging was a scam for years. My team in Phoenix just sold a vacant house in four days because of it.

People hate on new tech until it works, @ray562. Same thing happened with online listings years ago.
